Acupressure

Using a map that is thousands of years old, acupressure can help you find your way home to yourself. Chi is the vital force that permeates and forms everything in the universe, including you. Acupressure is a way we can influence and direct that chi to bring you into better relationship with yourself and the world around you. Starting wherever you are, all roads lead to home.   Acupressure sessions use gentle finger pressure on combinations of acupressure points to ease discomfort, relieve pain and establish balance in the body, mind and spirit.

“You didn’t come into this world. You came out of it, like a wave in the ocean. You are not a stranger here.”
Alan Watts

Aromatherapy

Some say the fragrance of a plant is its spirit. Aromatherapy is a powerful form of plant medicine that uses the concentrated essence of botanicals to guide you to a place of feeling better. It is as delightful to the senses as it is beneficial to the body, mind and spirit.   Light and rhythmic, aromatic massage is a deeply relaxing and restorative way to receive the benefits of essential oils. Custom blends for home use are another way to enjoy the care that plants can offer you.

“In some Native languages the term
for plants translates to “those who take
care of us."
Robin Wall Kimmerer

Breath Body Practice

Make friends with your body. Showing up on the mat is the first step. Taking what you practice on the mat into your everyday life is the next. Whether it is yoga, qigong or meditation, any somatic exercise that connects body, breath, movement and intention is offering you the chance to swim in an ocean of potential healing.   One-to-one sessions can help you establish a home routine, explore particular practices that interest or challenge you, and expand your ability to enjoy self-care.

“All movement is asana. All breathing is pranayama. All perception is meditation.”
Richard Rosen

Divination

Who doesn’t want to be able to see around corners? Using the language of dreams, mythology and story telling, tarot cards are a way to uncover what we already feel to be true. Reading the cards can assign purpose and meaning to facets of your life and illuminate the secret yearnings of your heart.

By consulting the cards, you reveal your story, adding clarity and insight to the choices you make.

“Divination is not seeing the future; it's looking at the present from a different perspective and seeing connections that were otherwise invisible.”
Charbel Tadros
